This is Nekudot’s little origin story :)

Hi, my name is Levi (not the young lady in the picture), and my wife Rivki (also, not the young lady in the picture), and I started Nekudot because of the young lady in the picture.

Over the years, I watched my big sister Rachel - who you might recognise from our homepage - struggle to find support workers who really fit.
No offence to some of the people who worked with her in the past; they were all kind, capable, and good Support Workers and lovely people. But the matches often felt a bit random, like no one was really putting thought and consideration into who Rachel might click with.

At the same time, my wife and I were seeing the similar stories play out across our wider Jewish community. Parents, guardians, and people needing support were spending so much time and energy scrolling through Facebook and WhatsApp groups, trying to find someone who just fit. It was stressful, time-consuming, and honestly, it shouldn’t have to be that hard.

So we started Nekudot. Not another agency, but a place to help people find support that actually makes sense - where connections are made with thought, care, and a bit of humanity.
